The SIPAT - Work Accident Prevention Week - aims to make employees aware of health, accident prevention and safety at work. The event promoted knowledge and reflection, awakening the critical gaze of participants on each topic addressed.

Knowing the importance of SIPAT for its employees, GERAFORTE held 1 week of lectures, chats, raffles and, at the end, an in-house talent show.

Among the main lectures are topics such as COVID-19, harassment/bullying, depression, hand care, sexually transmitted diseases, PPE, ergonomics, drugs, eye protection, among others.

GERAFORTE has a duty and commitment to its employees to prevent accidents and illnesses at work. For this PREVENTION is the key word. Prevent is one step ahead of remedy.
