The Ombudsman guarantees the secrecy of the personal data of the demonstrator, if he requests it. If secrecy is requested, personal data will only be disclosed if there is a court order.

The manifestations received by the Ombudsman are analyzed and forwarded to the competent sector. Citizens can make criticisms, compliments, complaints and suggestions. The demonstrator must provide as much information as possible in order to enable the investigation of the facts.
